To whom it may concern,

My husband and I hired Shawn Preman to do our roof at 9362 Heiting CT., In Santee in 1992 or 1993. The job was done professionally and expediently so I recommend him to my mother and she had him do her roof too.
As an apartment owner I frequently need the services of repair and maintenance people. It has been my experience that good honest help is sometimes difficult to find. I have learned to keep a card file of those who have provided me with good service at reasonable cost and I will call them again. Shawn Preman is a hard worker with a good work ethic. I would hire him again and I recommend him without hesitation.
