Dear Shawn,
I start this letter out to dear Shawn because we hired Christian roofing to reroof our house and owner Shawn Preman treated us like friends from the start. From the beginning stages to choosing singles and vents to the end of the job. Courteous, professional, and informative Sean along with all of his crew were always very willing to listen to our concerns and needs addressing them as they arose. Even a couple last-minute skylights he wanted added in the garage. We said, can we have two skylights above the washer and dryer? And he said, "Sure no problem!"
Shawn and his whole crew from the supply persons of the men on the roof were very respectful to our household property and our neighbors. The crew was always prompt arriving on time from start to finish. They worked clean and neatly with nothing falling and no shouting from the rooftop. Each day Shawn would invite me up to the roof to see the progress and to inform me if he had any concerns or ask if I had any concerns that might come up once the shingles were torn off and the new roof was being installed.
Our house had little attic crawlspace with no insulation the crew was able to put in insulation both rolled out and blown in from above so we now have better than an R-30 rating. The insulation now in our attic really does make a big difference in the temperature within our house. I know this will be reflected in our power bill because we got our new roof towards the end of May. It is now the beginning of July and we have not yet needed to turn on the AC! Shawn helped us pick out the right product for our roof and helped fill out rebate forms for those products. This company continually watched out for our best interest and our investment.
We are extremely happy with our new roof and Christian Roofing company. Christian Roofing company really is "the best choice" for new roof. Thank you for making what would've been a nightmare project for us into a dream come true!
